Returns Policy
All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # prior to sending it back to DarussalamUSA.com
Any edible, body or hair related items are not subject to return. Here are some examples:
Edibles: honey, dates, marshmallows, rice crispy
Body: body oils, soap
Hair: shampoo, soap
You may return the merchandise within 20 days of placing the order as long as the merchandise is in the original condition & packing for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We would like to be reasonable when it comes to returning a product. No restocking fee will be assessed on books returns/refunds.
All electronic products are non-refundable after 5 days of receipt. In case of defect, item can only be replaced by a similar brand within 20 days of receipt. In both cases, the item must be in new condition without any physical damage or usage marks. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange depending on the circumstances.
